Well after California realized that they made a mistake. They sent it off to NBC office and still didn’t want to admit they messed up. Receive a letter stating they require an interview with us. But had to reschedule due to my lawyer being unavailable for the day they gave us. Now waiting on when we will get another date for the interview

Wait till 24 days and ask again for status update and confirmation if it was moved to appropriate center, infact even ask if the case ID is the same or not.

 

And depending on how old your case is, you could be likely eligible for expedited processing due to USCIS error. And maybe squeeze out some partial refund from lawyer for its incompetence, if he doesn't than say you will report him/her to the bar association.

Case no. starts with WAC ?

Well after my persistent request they have now realized their mistake and now have sent it to NBC. Glad I joined these forums and did more of an investigation because it would have been still sitting there. Even with me paying a lawyer, which pisses me off they didn’t catch this. Does anyone knows what happens now? 

Seems like I’m the only 1R-1/CR-1 in CSC. And the wait for that is 24 months. 1 more year to go. 😒

Well mine went to CSC the snail of them all. Now just waiting it will be 1 year next month and according to them, they will get to it when they get to it....

likely to the next one that has least load, unless it happens to be near your place of residence, then it will likely go to next one to avoid conflict

I wish that was true mine went to CSC not sure why. Which now has me sitting in a waiting pool for 2 yrs

Is this where US Citizens find out about processing guesstimates for i-30?  If so June 2018 I filed being told it will be 24-25 months. Anyone else?
