Hi all, I just joined this website so I apologize if I am posting in the wrong area. Lol.
My significant other and I finally met recently and we are doing research about visas and how to bring him to the US and are considering the K1.
My question is this, he is Nigerian but he has lived in Malaysia for the past 7 years (I went to Malaysia to meet him there). How does his process work then? Does he go through Nigeria ? Malaysia? A bit confused .
K1... he is from one country, but lives in another?
