Hi SCCH,
The incorrect date only delays my filing by 13 days which doesn't bother me. I don't want to go to my naturalization interview and get rejected based on that date. Hence I was wondering if it makes any difference if this date is correct or not.

Also - a note.....I have a prepaid legal service that i used for advice throughout this entire visa and green card process. (we did everything ourselves, just went to them for advice every once in a while) He advised NOT to send in your GC with the I-90 even though it says to do so. Since it takes a long time to do the correction, you don't want to be without your Legal Document for that long. He said they would send an RFE for the original card and that's when you know they are closer to or actively working on your case, and that's when you should send it in. That's what we did. We got an RFE end of August 2017. Acknowledgement from them in September 2017 and the approval in December 2017.
I hope yours is faster.

Does anyone have experience with how long it takes to get a correction green card from USCIS? I received my GC yesterday but the resident since date is wrong. I have to travel soon and dont know how long it takes them to send a corrected one

Can anyone help with the timeline from "Card is being produced" to receiving it in the mail? I have a visa appointment scheduled for next week that I wont need if I get the green card in the mail. Can anyone please help?

Hello everyone
Has anyone had their interview and can help me? There seems to be a difference of 13 days in my resident since date on my 10 year green card. Do the officers check this information vs the old green card? Do they care about this?
I am trying not to go through the I-90 process?
