I am from Texas and my Husband is from the UK we have been together for 6 years now and got married in the US last September. I wanted to move there to the UK with him applying for the UK Spouse Visa but sadly he does not meet the gross income for me to be there.  So after 7 months of trying for the UK Spouse visa we have decided that he move here to the US. What are the steps to get him here and does he have to be here for this application or can I apply for him. I have looked for information and the application sounds just as similar as the UK Spouse Visa application. I understand that it is the Form I-130A to start with so what is next. Do I need to file this for him. Any help will be greatly appreciate it. I have looked up other forums and lead me here by #Far Out No Doubt on Youtube .
