I was originally told by our atty that our petition was going to sit for 6 mos before being processed and THEN would go to the next step at NVC, etc...taking 8-10 mos total to get his visa. Was told this was reflected on USCIS website processing times.

Hi there. My name is Jen. Truly, I feel for you. We filed at CSC in Feb. also. I have spent so much time trying to research, research, research on immigration trying to find answers. I found this website a little over a week ago, and have found more info than I did for months before. Our petition hasn't had any progress either. I also know how difficult it is being separated.
