My husband came here on a B1/B2 visa and we got married while he was here. now what do we have to do to get his status here? even though he came here on a visitor/business visa. And do we have to do a affiviated of support I 864 if he is already here. I need to know what we need to do to get his status here or if him being here with a B1/B2 would it caught problems for him.?
