Hi! I'm a newbie here, my husband and I got married last April 26, 2019. We are filing for our petition forms as soon as our marriage contract will be released. I am really inspired and glad for all the active and helpful members that answers some questions. I keep on reading threads and discussions about the requirements and processes which are very informative. Thank you everyone!!

Hi ma'am,  I'm neth from davao po. Im married for about 1year plus, and were done on our first step spousal visa app. Requirements are form I-130, form I-130A, cenomar, birth cert of both partner, marriage contract, leases of house, joint insurance if there is, ours is phil health, then 3rd party/parties which is witness of your relationship, you will do that in the lawyer, serox copy of your valid passport you and your hubby. And pictures. On your pictures i suggest do it like what i did, not all of your pictures will be given like album, dont bring it, i suggest to put many pictures in bond paper and print it , aside from  less cost they will ask you only the best pictures of u together with friends and family. For further questions try to call me 09559626536. We done submit last april 22,2019 at manila embassy. It is not true that you guys cant bring phone inside, they have a door where they will issue number as claimed stub of your valuable things. This is all my experience i can ellaborate more po. Soon if u need help. God bless to our petition. Have a nice day ahead

The time po we submit our petition, they did not ask me for any id's po, i dont know much about it, coz all of my id's naman po is last name ng hubby ko po.
they just get my passport serox copy  lang po, and dala po kau ng serox copy sa lahat ng papers nyu, e separate nyu po ng folders lahat ng serox and original. Kay mas madali po, serox lang copy lang po kunin nila, and original papers yung iba po.
Have a nice day ahead po.
