Hi everyone, as I've read the instruction of form I-864,
If I filed 1040 form, the correct number of line "Total Income" as shown on the picture= "Total income" number on my form 1040.
If I filed 1040 EZ form, the correct number of line "Total Income" as shown on the picture= "Adjusted gross income" number on my form 1040 EZ.
Are those correct? Thanks for your help.

Hi VNN, I think I'm really confused now. I think my mother has nothing to do with my father. The option may apply on people who immigrant under F4 visa, where the spouses and minor children migrating with the principal immigrant. As you can see, my mother won't go with my father, because their applications are separate and independent (separate I-130)

Thanks for your response, that helps a lot. But I don't quite understand your last statement " You might already know but you need to take account of your mother on your I-864 for your father and vice versa", could you enlighten me?

Hi everyone,
I'm petitioning for my mom and dad, IR5 case. As I've read the instruction carefully, I should stick item number 1, not item number 2, because my mom and dad applications are independent. I ask for your advice just to make sure that I mark the right option. Thanks very much.

@Arken thanks for your kind response.

Hi everyone, I have a question
For example: My name is A, the petitioner. My mother, the beneficiary is B.
How do I write the purpose of the money? As USCIS told us to write brief description and something about including the applicant's name for the purpose of the money order
Should I write "I-130 fee", or something else?
Besides that, can my Aunt be the one paying for that fee using her name?
Thanks.

Hi everyone!
I'm a petitioner, I'm intending to use my aunt as an only joint-sponsored (her income is qualified but mine is not). I know that I still have to file form I864 as I'm a petitioner. The question is Do I need to submit my 6 month paystubs and employer letters since my I864 form has a little, or if not, financial role. Thank for your reading.

I'm a little bit confused here, It's said Date Marriage Ended and you put PRESENT on that is, in my opinion, quite wrong.

Hi everyone, I and my wife are still married, I need your advice in filling item number 22. Date Marriage Ended, should I put "N/A" or "STILL MARRIED". I appreciate your reading and your help.

@Arken thank you graciously. 🤗

Hi everyone,
I'm filing form I864 for my parents. I'm stuck at the tax return section. This year is 2019, so my three most recent tax years are 2018, 2017 and 2016. But I only got the tax return of 2018, as in 2016 and 2017 I was not required to file them because my income is too low. I've attached an image showing the section in which I really need your advice in filling it. I appreciate for your reading and help.

This sounds maybe inhumane but if I were you and am thinking of money like you said, I just need to take care of my Dad first which is essential, the rest is optional.
