    in IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports

    My wife is currently a permanent resident of Canada. I filed for the I-130 and I-129 F K3 to get her to come here. I will be going to OTS on the first week of June this year. I called USCIS and try to get the case expedite because I want to spend time with my wife who is pregnant prior living as well for her to be able to be there with me on my graduation day. The military help line is not helpful at all because they can't even tell me what criteria I should choose because none of them is for military member getting deploy. Under what criteria should I request the expedite?
