My (the sponsor) 2019 income was $34,000. I have already filed my taxes, but haven't received a refund yet. So no tax return transcripts yet. 2018 however was about $15,000 as I was travelling and unemployed at the time. 2017 was more modest at $25,000. I have tax return transcripts from 2016-2018 via the IRS's website. I have 1040's and w2's as well, but I'm missing a w2 from working multiple jobs in 2017. We're worried about getting an RFE or something, so we were wondering if it would be prudent or not to fill out an i864a with my mother (who lives with us) as she has a more stable income history. Also as I have a missing w2 from 2017, would it make sense to include only tax return transcripts from 2017-2018 and a 1040/w2 from 2019? Or submit everything?
Thanks for any advice.

I filed electronically. I have copies of all the w2's and 1040's since 2016 except the aforementioned w2. I also have copies of paystubs stretching back the last 6 months. Just trying to get all my ducks in a row here, probably worrying too much.
