Hi, just want to asked coz the us embassy here in singapore emailed me for a 2nd interview. My first interview was approved then the next day was the expiration date of the petition. They didnt asked anything for me to bring on the interview. Just the email they sent me. Any idea why have 2nd interview?

But the visa wasnt issued yet until now and my passport still with the embassy. No email from them about denial. I only got email again when i had my inquiries the other day

But it says they cant issue the visa because my fiance didnt replied and we just replied to revalidate a week after. Hope they will still consider it. Actually we reply the time they asked us but they didnt accept the reply until i emailed back again and just told me it was not acceptable. Hope they wont denied it 

I just want to ask any opinion regarding revalidation... i just had my interview for k1 and it was approved a day before the expiration of my petition and the revalidation was done after the expiration date.. will my approved visa be affected?

Yes we will use form i-134 first but will they deny me right away if ever the income of my fiance is not enough right now? Last year income tax is ok but the current job now is the problem.. he is not earning that much

Hi to evryone,

 i just want to seek for advice especially for those people who had experienced the k1 visa interview here in Singapore. Im going for interview by next month but my fiance changed his job and now he is just part time and didnt even reached the minimum requirements. His bestfriend is willing to be a joint sponsor but is it possible they will allow me to pass right away the form i-864 here in the embassy? Im just scared they will deny me during the interview due to my fiance current salary
