    we'll as you all know I have just returned from vietnam,two weeks ago! Now I just received notice that Iam laid off from work. So did my unemployment orientation and will receive 500.00 a week from unemployment. Just booked My flight today so I will go to vietnam and live with her until this whole journey is finished. my noa1 was may 1st It would be nice to have my noa2 by this thursday, this is when I leave, Yes I waist no time! hehe good luck to everyone this week and weeks to come, wish us luck, your friends Chris and Tu

    Congratulations Nora and Ryan!!! I'm so happy, happy, happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You guys gave us hope that there is something going on at VSC!!! :dance: :dance: :dance:

    hey everyone.. I just wanted to say thank you for this great website and i'm here now to announce that this morning i sent out my petition to vermont! Now, i can be officially part of the waiting!!

    congrats! hope you have plans on a new hobby for say at least the next 6 months. Unfortunatly that's the way things are nowadays,, hopefully faster for you, but those 30 day approvals are long gone man!

    we'll My noa2 is close now It has been on an officers desk at the vsc since last wednsday. I have had no need for info on co-sponsor until now. Just back from vietnam livin like a king and spoiling my fiance like she should be spoiled. Unfortunatly with my luck I have returned home to find that I have been laid off my job. Up to now my paystubs say I have made 35,000 I will send these paystubs with packet 2 to my fiance and hope for the best, But I think for a piece of mind I should add my parents as co-sponsors. How do I do this do I just have them fill out a 134 as I did. I have everything ready to go as soon as my noa2 arrives. I just date,notarize, and send. But now A little unsure about co-spon please inform me. thank you! chris and tu

    If you have a ki visa pending and your alien fiance gets pregnant will you have to start over and apply for your unborn child. can some ellaborate for me thank you

    A child does not need a visa until they are born....

    so there will be no problem with her getting in the U.S. with her visa in hand and baby in her belly

    OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I JUST TRIED THE RFE TRICK...I HAD RIED IT 3 WEEKS AGO AND THEY SAID THAT THE CASE WAS STILL WAITING TO BE LOOKED AT...WELL TODAY THEY SAID ....IT IS WITH AN OFFICER AND I SHOULD BE HEARING SOMETHING SHORTLY.... :dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

    Finally somethings lookin good. I have been calling with the rfe trick every two weeks for the last three months and today he said my file has been with an officer since last wednsday. NIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICE!! THINGS ARE LOOKIN UP GUYS HANG IN THERE. just got off a plane from viet nam looks like I'll be headin back in a month or so to bring my baby home!     hey everyone just back from viet nam and I see things are as slow as ever. I really can't beleive what's going on here! I thought for sure I'd have a noa2 by now. no touches since 5/18/07. got my noa1 on 5/1/07 this really sucks! I guess all we can do is wait. I might have to plan another trip If things don't pick up, because I can't be away from my baby for another six months. This is killin me. We'll good luck to everyone! chris and tu

    we'll friends looks like today is big 100. I can't fukin beleive this! I've been so patient waiting and this is it, I'm really ready to fukin blow up. What the hell are these idiots doing there. did they all go on fuckin vacation. I'm sorry but I'm pissed just please give tu and chris a fuckin touch just a touch just fukin touch me so I know your still alive and doing something in that little fuckin cubicle u live in.

    Its day 100 for me too im totally depressed at this point maybe my file is lost as others that submitted after me have gotten approved. No touches no nothing not even an RFE :help:

    I feel your pain. Sorry I needed to get that out after a very hot day in jersey. I guess we keep our fingers crossed and hope for the best I wish you luck my friend. Thought we we privliged to get vsc now csc is a month ahead. unconsistincey drives me insane

    I got my money on #8 for the next approval. such a fine lovly good lookin couple. hehe that's me! no all kiddin aside I wish It could go in order we all must feel a bit for the 7 april filers left. I hope to see another few noa2 tomorrow for you great people, But I want mine damit! thanks for all the lists and info you guys give and best of luck to everyone. least were not alone in all this misery of waiting. tick tock tick tock :innocent::innocent:

    64 days and not a god damn thing at vsc. they received may 1st touched on the 18th and nuttin since. wonder if they misplaced my packet. Oh we'll just waitin and ventin. Least the jersey tomatoes are starting to ripen I've watched my garden grow and no touches to boot very frustrated and in love! we'll good luck everyone I fell a little better gettin that out! cheers!

    I think this is their way of telling you that they are probably working on your application, it's been moved around at least. When I called the main 1-800 number they told me that. But after calling back and pressing a different key as if I got an RFE, and talking to a live person at CSC, they told me I was approved. I am not sure if you have been approved yet, but as I said, they are probably working on your application now. By the way, you should fill in your timeline, so we can see when you sent your application. Hope this helps. Milena.

    thank you melina, wish I was approved. Figure because of all my movin around and my alcohol offensses they were pullin the old xtra checks on me. We'll guess we will see. looks like your gettin high in that picture melina keep up the good work! bye the way alcohol off were underage drinkin stuff they never got me for the bad jersey stuff! hehehehe
