Question #38 reads:
"I (ck box) intend (ck box) do not intend to make specific contributions to the support of the person named in Part 2."
I am completing this Affidavit of Support as part of the K1 Fiance Visa process and fully intend to provide support for her.
What is the best way to answer this question?

Can documents (I-134, tax transcripts, bank statements, etc.) be sent directly to the U.S. Embassy in my fiance's home country OR must I send them directly to her to take to the interview? We already have received I-797 Notice of Approval of I-129F and now ready to schedule interview.
The embassy is in Bangkok Thailand.

I-134 Part 3 Employment Information. I am retired but receive monthly income checks from SS and pension. How/where do I indicate that on the form?

This is the reply I rec'd regarding a request for an extension of Approval on I-797 form.
Any recommendations on who to contact for an extension. The U.S. Embassy in Thailand does not seem to understand.
We do not have a BNK case number. Only have WAC# which I submitted already.
Dear Sir/Madam:
Thank you for your email.
If you are inquiring about an immigrant visa application, please provide your BNK case number and the applicant’s first/last name in English, so we can advise accordingly.

I have rcd' I-797 Approval Notice, but the valid date has just recently passed. I understand I should send email and ask for an extension, but to whom and at what email address do I send? U.S. Embassy in Thailand o some department in U.S. ?

I-134 Question:
As part of my I-134 I have included 6 months of bank statements, W-2s for the past 3 years, federal tax transcripts for the past 3 years. My annual income (as documented) is about 350% above the 2019 poverty level. I've also indicated that I own my residence and have no mortgage.
How important is it to include a statement from a bank officer in regards to my bank account?
