Filed March 2018, Got RFE and responded June 2019. In July 2019, I had my Biometrics done and I am still waiting...
My extension letter expires in 3 weeks and I need to get the stamp otherwise I will lose my job. When I checked on the USCIS website I found that they are no longer taking infopass appointments. Should I just walk-in or I have to call and make an appointment over the phone.
I live in San Francisco and my application is at CSC.As long as your application is pending you are still in legal status

How long did it take to receive the green card after approval of removal of conditions.
Thank you

I know I post the same thing but this wait is frustrating. 16 months. Have there been any approvals from California as of recent?
Thanks in advance

Over a year ago I received a notice saying they don’t need my biometrics. But two weeks ago I got another notice saying I have a scheduled appointment to have my biometrics done. I did them yesterday and my case changed today to “fingerprints review was completed” . Anyone had the same experience? How long will it take to hear something?
Thanks in advance ✌🏻
Hi. The same happened to me. Did my biometrics over 2 months ago and no updates. Just fingerprint review completed

Just when I think that I am getting closer to the maximum processing time in California it increases to 20 months. So so frustrating.

one month before the expiry date call USCIS customer care and tell them you're extension letter is expiring.
the rep will give you a reference number.
within next 24-72 hours you will get call from officer who will check your expiry and setup appointment at your local office for an I551 stamping.
no need to freak out.
Thank you for the useful information. Much appreciated. Hope I get my 10 year card before that.

Yes, me. They received my RFE, tons of documents to prove the legitimacy of or marriage, two days ago. Checking status few times a day. What a completely demoralizing mess.
Thanks for replying. I wish I would get some updates like an interview or RFE😂

California here too and still waiting as well. Biometrics completed just two weeks ago, so I guess I still have a while to go. I think I will only start worrying when my 18-month extension is nearing its expiry date (end of November 2019).
Thanks for replying: even if the extension letter expires, we will still be in legal status as we have a pending application. Mine expires on December. I pray we don’t get another extension letter.

I am waiting patiently in California. Nearly 16 months. Biometrics 6 weeks ago after initial waiver. Are there any March 2018 filers on here still waiting or is it just me. So frustrating. Appreciate your replies

Sounds like minimum time frame post-biometrics is at least 6 weeks. I waited 15 months already. What’s another month or 6 months maybe, ah heck, 12 months?!? I guess as long as they send me another 18-month extension letter soon, I’d be okay — like I have a choice 😫
I am waiting a month exactly post biometrics. I just hope I don’t get another extension letter: I just wanna be done with Uscis.

Congrats to all those who got approved!!
i sent my RFE a couple of days ago and I am looking for the App so I can track my case but it’s not in the App Store anymore. Was it deleted? ( using iPhone)
I am also using an IPhone and can’t find the uscis case tracker in the App store.

Congratulations. The wait is over and you can continue with your life. For those of us that are still waiting hope this will be over soon. For me the wait is okay. What is frustrating is people getting their cards who filed after me.

If I apply for N400 will my husband need to attend the interview as well. He is away for work a lot so any information will be appreciated.

at least you get some kind of respond I'm waiting close to 100 days to now and got nothing in hand I'm disappointed discouraged others I know got it within 2 weeks of applying Two weeks! and I have nothing still after 15 months
I completely agree with you. I am waiting 15 months as well. And no updates. People that have filed after me got approvals. I thought the cases are processed in the order received. I hope that this will be over by the end of the year

No transfer, no interview or RFE. Guess the evidence I sent was sufficient.
