After two touches in March and nothing happening since then, I had the card production ordered email just now. Good luck to everyone who is still pending!

Both cases are in the online system which is working again...

We received NOA for AOS and EAD in hardcopy today. Unfortunately the online system at USCIS.gov is down so I can't check if the MSCs are online already. A merry Christmas to everyone!

Congratulations to everyone who has gotten this far in their immigration process. We sent off the AOS today. I hope we will still hear from them this year, I would hate for it to just lay there untouched till next year...

The interview went good. They will sent my visa within the next week.

I was going to say the exact same thing, I was even approved 3 days earlier than you were....

Alright, as it turned out we had an RFE... Although we included my fiancés orders to Germany they considered that as not enough of a proof. So now to my actual question. My fiancé is currently deployed to Kuwait until September which means I will have to send in the evidence if we don't wanna take a detour over Kuwait. Can I as the benificiary send in evidence or does the petitioner have to do it??? Thank you for your answers.

What part did you call? I called to change my address and got the standard 6 month responce and then I called for and "RFE" and was told I had been approved 2 weeks earlier.

I called for that RFE, too. I don't know, I'm kinda scared that if I keep calling for an RFE, they will really give me one....

Alright, I'm sure this topic has been started several times, but I need sort of a checklist.

We received NOA1 on Februray 22nd. My finacé will be in Kuwait from May on, so I just wanna make sure he can send all the documents we will need to me already so that I can send them to the CSC once they ask for it.

Is there anything else besides the tax returns we will need from him?? Or will the rest be just up to me? Because I'm pretty sure I got everything together what I need...
