That is in incorrect. I’m on a chat group of 240 peeps waiting for Mumbai. Trend is 90 days to receive IL from DQ date. They just scheduled through DQ OCT 8th for January. Expecting for remainder of DQ for October to be scheduled for Feb interviews. CR1/IR1 and F2A peeps are in the group and about 50 got IL.

Finally...I am stick in shock. Had to call a Tier 2 to find out I am approved!! Such a long painful journey. My K3 denial came in a text message and email, but I had to call USCIS about the i-130 since it did not show any change on both websites and tracker. 

 

I-130     PD: 09/18/18 - Approved 8/20/19

I-129F   PD: 07/02/19 - Denied 8/21/19

So I got my K3 denial last night but I don’t see approval on my i-130 yet. I will try to call today. Everyone is saying it means approved, but until I hear or see or hear something I can’t be happy. 

U will get approval for i130 shortly.

My spouse and I are still in shock. It has cut an unknowable number of months from the process and put us that much closer to being able to start living our life together in the US.

 

For those wondering what to put in the package, we included:

• the I-129f form
• a copy of my (USC) birth certificate
• one passport photo of each of us with names written on the backs (and my SSN on mine), each in a small bag attached to a blank sheet of paper
• a copy of our marriage certificate
• a copy of the I-130 NOA1 letter

we have same dates as well (received date 7/5 and notice date 7/11) but no update yet. Hoping for good news soon🤞🏼
