Anyone here ROC filler with 2 years extension letter able to travel france and italy.... how was your experience applying for schengen visa?

My Permanent Residence card is January 2021... the earliest possible to apply for N400 is on 2024..is that correct?  I met all the above-mentioned conditions.

Yeah..k1 visa and now filling for ROC. Same petitioner. Never leave the country since I got here November 2019. Will be exactly married for 3 years next month.

My understanding is (correct me if I'm wrong).

You are a conditional resident. You came to the US on K1 visa, filed for Adjustment of Status (I-485 and other forms), got conditional green card. You then filed I-751 jointly with your spouse to remove conditions, right?

I'm K1...some said I can apply anytime if I am already 3 years married with my petitioner but some said ..wait until I get my 10 yrs gc.🤔

I received my extention letter valid for 24 months. We plan to travel next year outside the country for 3 weeks - maybe. 

Questions: 

Aside from extention letter, expired Gc and passport ...what do I need to bring?

Will this be enough?

Is there any problem I will encounter on my entry back to the country?

When will be the best time to apply for N400?

Hello all !

I had my Aos interview last November 4 2020 and the IO was not satisfied with our docs so, she asked for another interview which will be one by one with camera recording. We already finished our second interview last Dec.18,2020. She said she will give the decision in 4 to 5 days but until now still the status of my case is "interviewed is completed but case must be reviewed ". 😟 😟 😟 

Anyone with the same case...how long it will be and it is safer to file renewal of my ead now or I need to wait for the decision?

I need some advise..

I already submitted my Ds160 form 3months ago...and i tried to make a new one but some advises me no need to correct becuase its a minor correction only. How can i delete the incomplete new ds 160 form? i already save the info but no picture yet and sign. My interview will be this first week of october.
