       I-129F ...  Wife??    I guess you mean fiancee.  ;)

If you have your NVC letter, email a copy to your fiancee, she will need it for the medical at St. Luke's.  As for financial info from you, it is listed in the checklist (step 5) that I linked to you in another posting.   You need to complete the I-134 (just the income part) and include a copy of your most recent tax return and W2 .. email all of this to your fiancee for the interview at the embassy.

  2. I don't know if this is just a reply to my own post or if I'm replying to Hank in this post or not I'm on my phone and it's not really clear on how to do a reply but that link doesn't work. The one that's for Hank's magic website

  3. I make a decent income and when I filled out the i129f I stated what my income was. I didn't attach any W-2s because they didn't ask for it they said maybe later they will ask for income verification and they never did. Anyway I got my notice of action one and I got my notice of action too and I got my NVC letter and no my wife will get her interview soon because she just paid the BPI Bank visa fee and my question is does she have to provide any documentation on my income here in America? I don't think so because that's for me to prove to the American government not her. Any comments?

  4. She just got done paying the visa fee to BPI Bank. So now she's going to get her appointment time. We are already aware of the medical at St Luke's but my question is, her requirements indicate that she has to have a background investigation in every place that she's lived in the past 5 years. 2 of those 5 years she was a nurse in Saudi Arabia. She is back now and we also discovered that the agency in Manila that hired her to be a nurse in Saudi Arabia didn't have the proper licensing and so on paper it looks like she was just a domestic helper even though she's a registered nurse. Having said all of that, she's worried that they will want some kind of background information during the two years of her stay at Saudi Arabia. If that's true we don't even know how she would get that. I don't think it's going to be relevant because she just went through an agency and work there and came back I think they're more concerned about her criminal background here in the Philippines. If you think this could cause a problem let me know in the comments and many thanks.
