Trying to adjust for mom who is on her second visit with b1/b2 and is about to hit her 90 days here in the US.I130 was filed by me USC and approved and NVC has already approved docs too but it says case is still at NVC.PD IS MARCH 2022 AND DQ is NOV 2023.

It's taking forever to get an interview date in home country(Another 2 to 3 years) so I'm thinking of adjusting her status here in the US.My question is am I or is she going to face any challenges doing so? Do I need to file a new I130 or just i485 with ead and AP since all that has been approved already?

yes it did..well itdidn't say they would place me in line...it said they would mail me a letter and schedule my naturalization ceremony because that was the last step and i got a date 2 days later online before the letter came.

hey congratulations! so i got my online approval the very next day after my interview and my oath was scheduled the next 2 days...everything was so quick..i don't know why..again my interviewer was the nicest! my oath was scheduled for 28th of February and my interview was on 10th February (approx 3 weeks) oh and fyi i changed my name that's why i couldn't go to the ceremony on the same day..the officer told me i had to go to the district court on Washington st in Phoenix!

Hi guys i was approved yesterday for my citizenship at Phoenix and my oath ceremony has also been scheduled..my immigration officer was the nicest person i've ever met!!

interview date for phoenix...February 10th...received an email on the 24th of December

applied on 25th March,2019.. early biometrics 4th of April.

Oupps, Guys i just called the Level 2 Immigration officer. And asked him if my case is in FBI background or in line for interview. He verified my bio info. Put me on hold for 1 minute. And after that get back to me " Saying Sir your case is in line for an interview now". No RFE on file and the case look. good. I don't know if i need to be happy or not... Any suggestions!!!!

whatttt...i'm in Phoenix too..how did you get a level 2 officer?and did you apply on 3 or 5 years?..please teach me your ways lol...A girl knows nothing....my estimated date is july 2020
