My wife received just became a permanent legal resident and we have 3 I130s with me as the petitioner for her three children.  If I am reading this, right will she be able to go pick up her children and not have to wait for the IR2 visas to complete?

Not yet.

Our 221 status changed from Administrative Processing to “Ready”.  Is this a good sign?

Is it too late to add the kids to the petition to follow to join within a year at this point?

My fiancé and I are currently in the process of a K1 Visa.  We have a NOA2 and awaiting a NVC receive date.  She is currently 2 months pregnant.  She also has three children whom we agreed I would petition for IR1 to come after we got married.  How does this new policy affect us?

My fiancée the beneficiary is pregnant.  What complications will this cause for her medical exam?  Will they allow her Visa and be required to take certain vaccinations after the baby is born or will they require her to wait?

I’m meeting my fiancee again for our second face to face meeting. We decided it was just as economical and new scenery if we visited a new place. My fiancée is from The Philippines and we are going to meet again in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia and might spend a little time in Singapore. Will this outside of the country visit matter any to the consulate and their decision for a K1 Visa?
