I am international student and I married US citizen. We need my parents in law to file I864a due to my husband hasn't got income standards. What I confused is how to file total income in Part 4. My parents in law have joint tax form only one AGI in tax form. How can I file for each of person?
Is that only need put each them W2 amount in total income? or two people total income add together need equal AGI?
