Green card finally came out of no where. Waiting for next year to remove conditional status

I do not know how to contact our congressman. How is this done?

The embassy is closed now. This was in June 2019

My wife has been in the states for almost a year now. She arrived on September 7, 2019 and we waited for her green card but it never arrived. We then got a letter that her visa packet was lost so we should go to the USCIS field office to re create the visa packet. Everytime we call to make an appointment they say that it is not an emergency so we should wait. We have been calling for almost a year now and her ID card has expired and the stamp is about to expire. AT this point I am not even sure to apply for the removal of the conditional status. Any advice?

So it seems the US embassy has gone paperless. My wife picked up her passport today and they said they would send the packet in a soft copy form but it is not in her email address nor mine. Any suggestions

Not the ds 260. Creating the profile after the interview. The format only applies to US address style so i put in US address

Notification received yesterday for pickup!!!

My concern is that I used our US address instead of Ghana address and the email said they will mail it to the US address but then i emailed them and they said they will hold it at DHL. I really hope they dont mail it to the US.

@klmcberth61 Haha yes. My wife is waiting for notification to pick Hopefully it does not take a month.

myheart0628 how long did it take after the interview before you got to pick up the passport? I just registered for my wife and I am seeing nothing.

The beneficiary, they can scan and sent it to you to upload to CEAC or you can have them scan and upload it themselves

I filled mine and scanned it and uploaded it onto CEAC. DO not forget to sign!!

If the embassy has received it then it depends. It took us about 6 weeks before we got the P3 email.  I did end up paying the visa fee and just browsing to see when the available dates were but i got the P3 before any dates opened up. Right now they are open for August but they might be closed

Hi guys, i got an email from NVC stating that all documents have been received and approved. How long does it take to get the interview date in the Accra, Ghana embassy?

Spouse petition is approved and received a letter stating that i have to wait at least 30 days if no contact from NVC then  i should email then. Should i wait that long?

Thanks a lot guys. The replies were really helpful. I got the NOA2 and now waiting for NVC to contact me with the case and invoice number. Should i wait for a week or two before calling them? the NOA2 stated i should wait for 30 days before contacting the NVC if i haven't heard anything from them.

I'm new here and there seem to be a lot going on here. I just want to find out how long it took for I-130 petition to be approved. I am a US citizen and my wife is in Ghana. Thanks
