I did get the mailed notice of receipt of application, but I was wondering about getting electronic notification for subsequent communication such as approval of application, NOA forwarding, etc.

Hello All!
I never imagined one would need to file a special form to receive electronic notification of visa status, but there it is! I sent my I-129f in without it, and now I am regretting it.
Does anyone know: Is it possible to change notification to electronic notification?

Hello everyone,
Due to the longer-than-imaginable processing times, my fiancee and I may have to actually leave our current country (Czech Republic) and venture elsewhere to work while we await processing. 
I see the forms for change-of-address mentioned above, but change of country would mean the info we submitted on our application will be incomplete. Should we just move and wait to explain all to our interview officer in our new country (and provide visas, work permits etc.) or is there a way to amend an existing application? I see no provision for this on the USCIS websites. I guess last-ditch choice is to withdraw current application and start over in new country. Circumstances likely prevent us from staying here.
