Does USCIS accept Docusign apartment lease agreements?
If not should I ask managment to provide me a pen sign agreement?

No, unfortunately the statements don't have the beneficiary on it. I might just leave my 401K out of the RFE in that case and add some more of the other stuff.
or you can send the form that you filled out , showing spouse as beneficiary. I think it's a good alternative.

Quick question... did you call Humana for them to send you the explanation of benefits or did you get it thru your employer? I have Humana too but don't know where to get the summary of coverage and spouse name covered
Thanks for the reply

Hi everyone, we are prepping for Removal of Conditions since the 90 day mark will be July 7th. I have two years of joint tax returns I can file with the evidence, but am wondering if I have to send the whole document? Our tax returns for 2017 and 2018 are like 15 pages long each- am I just supposed to make copies of the whole thing, or will just part of it do? Thanks!
I sent the whole return for two years and the transcript aswell (you can get online)

I doubt you will get a RFE just because of that. It’s pretty easy to figure out. Michael Bennett Jethro Benny Jackson is still Michael Jackson.
That's what we thought but I wanted to make sure thru this community to see what you guy's thought and see if I could do something about it, which banks told me that they have my full name on file but the generated statements are unable to fit that much character's!
Thanks for the reply!

Hello Guys , I have a quick question and I'm kinda worried! So my GC has my First and Second name, my two last names and my husbands last name (it's pretty long!) That's how it was issued once we got married abroad
But my concern is... for the proof I initially sent on july of 2018 my joint Bank statements and joint Credit card statements only show my first name, middle initials and my husbands last name due to the fact that branches told me that they couldn't fit my complete name on our statements or the physical credit/debit card but they all have the same address so that's how we get them every month ever since we have been together here in the US!
We already went for our biometrics on March 3rdOur case was transferred to Nebraska on May 9th
Could I get a denial because of that or a RFE ? Please help

I filed on july 16 2018 and only have NOA , haven't received any biometric appointments, waivers or anything! When I check my WAC# it just says that the case has been recieved. Is someone in the same boat as me ? Should I worry?

Thanks for the response, good to know it's a common issue. Companies should allow 40 or more characters to be added on statements *sigh* my joint bank, credit accounts and married filled tax returns have that issue. It's funny how the IRS has that issue (our tax return was accepted)
Again, thanks for the response
