I was DQ in July and still waiting. My wife and I requested expedite and it was refused. So we are just waiting for them to resume and we know the way forward

Hi guys,  I need help. My wife filed the i-130 25th Feb 2019 and later filed the k3 22nd November 2019. Our i-130 is past a year and has still not been approved. Do you think it's because the k3 process has been slowed down? Can we withdraw the k3 and maintain the i-130? Will the withdrawal affect the i-130? All our cases are in NEBRASKA

My wife is 5years older than me. Is it going to be a problem?
