    Hi all, id like so seek some knowledge or maybe i should say i need a piece of info from anyone to calm me nerves. USCIS sent  our first NOA1  for the  I 130 petition  02/10/18. Spouse filed while a PR. Its been 1yr 1mnth and 17 days since that NOA1. What i dont get is anytime we go to the uscis site and check on processing times , it shows for the i130 petition, they are still dealing with 2017 cases. so i dont really get how it works, if they are still dealing 2017 cases and we filed in 2018 and its 2019 that technically mean we got forever to wait.
