i got this email from consulate on march 27 saying that my fiancé can't start with the medical and interview until he receive the p3. as i was reading everything under our country philippines, i have seen that the email from nvc is sufficient which is we already received. is this thing new? because i know philpost sucks and i don't know how long will it take for him to receive it if he'll receive one. our case is ready at ceac website.
