Check the Visa Bulletin linked previously linked above. Here it is again for reference: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal/visa-law0/visa-bulletin.html

Look for the "Final Action Dates" table then locate the F4 row and India column.

In 2005 when our petition was filed I was 10 year old and my sister was 12 year old.Now my question is can we(Me and my sister)accompany our parents when our turn will come ??

Anything involving CSPA comes into play only once the Priority Date is current.

That said, my understanding is that you would not qualify for CSPA since you are a derivative beneficiary that would be 21+ when the Priority Date becomes current.

Back in 2005 when petition was filed we were below 21.So that means we are safe to go

There's no way to know that as it depends on how many people in front of you actually get a visa. Some won't pursue a visa. Some will be inadmissible or not eligible for the visa. Some may just be themselves while others might have a spouse and several qualifying children dependents.

My Mother’s real sister filed our petition in 2005.But now me and my sister are above 21 years of age although we are not married yet.So can we still go to US with our parents when our turn comes??
