thats strange. Can i submit DNA test as a bona-fied document without them asking me to provide DNA TEST

i got 221(g) to submit photos last time.but now again got email to submit photos with mentioning petitoner and applicants clearly. I was wondering what kind of documents i need to approve the relationship.
