what about those where cases are under AP ?? under cr1/cr2 visa catogary. i got my cr1 visa and green card was deliverd in 90 days (last week), where as my my 2 daughters cr2 visa is under AP  for past 6 months, few things thay have asked which i luckely did while i was in USA now back home to Pakistan.

my 2 kids age now 20&17 but at filing the case ages 17&14 by my wife who is stepmom applied for me and my 2 kids i got mine cr1 visa last year and we both (me & my wife) visited and received my greencard SSN drivers licence. but they kept on hold my both kids and issue white 221g mentioning tax transcript & domicile. 3 updates so far and 2 emails asking for more documets which we uploaded and aslo send by mail to islamabad.interview was last year in 2019 almoat 8 month back.how come on same domicile i was issued a visa and for them they asking for more.it is so much cost to visit and leaving kids with my mom who is almost 80 years.dont know what to say.

please share your experinces......

my kids had their interview in sep 2019 and issued white 221g till now 3 updates via email mailed & uploaded all required medical also expired in feb 2020.so they will ask again for medical before make any decision or ????

my cr1 visa was granted in november 2019 but before my interview my 2 kids age 16&18 (CR2 VISA) were interview in september and issued white 221g asking for w21 & domecile which i submitted 3 month back and my visa is expiring in march 2020 so i have to travel to get my greencard but i dont know the status of my kids its so confusing.can anyone help/suggest me in this situation. cant leave them alone for a long time.

We as a family me and my 2 kids D260 filed from my wife and we had our interiew in 2 diffrent times:

1. my kids were called for which i accompny them to Islamabad counsalte September 2019 just after oath my kids call me and said the office wants to have word with me it was like back to back 25 questons and at end he asked for tax transcrip and domicile. I had her 1040 and domile i showed him but he gave white 221g to both my kids age 16 & 18. the office keep both passport and i submitted to their website and maile to islamabad. now waiting

2. my interview was just after a month in october 2019 my wife she accompnied me to the counter the office told her please take a seat if i want any thing will call you. so it was me only with the office very simple questons may be 8-10 and he said your visa has been approved.he also asked me about domecile which i was not very cleared so i called my wife and she explained quite well.

NOW :

after i was given green signal from the office that i am approved i asked him about my kids he checked online and said we will get back to you. the office said your wife explained very well about domecile and still no answer.case was was made in december 2019, 3 month after i submitted the documents.now i am travelling to get my greencard as my visa is expiring in march 2020.

It will take it time no matter you contact the senator/congressman. I have issued the visa. Waiting for my Kids visa. 

my 2 kids age 16&18 had their IR2 VISA interview month before my interview, i answered all his Q&A as kids are underage (its strange why they split our family interview) at end he issued 221g asking for tax transcript & domecile (and Officer Keep both Passports) which i uploaded almost 2 month back; whereas after their interview a week later i received my email for my interiew and after asking few Q&A i was issued visa (CR1 Visa) and received my PP within a week.when i check status it show "refused" refer to letter issued on interview.upon my call to to Isloo counsalate i received email saying "your documents received and under review" 

Dont know what to do . will travell to US to get my greencard and back to pakistan wait till they get their reply from them.ANY SUGESSTIONS ??????

i was issued CR1 visa on spot last month and received my passport within a week.but before almost a month before my interview my 2 kids (cr2 visa) age 16&19 were called (which was strange) for interview for which i had to answer all there querries and they were handed over white 221g for submission of tax transcripts & domicile which i submitted online and by mail. whereas if i check it show "refused" and says refer to letter handed over (white 221g) the Officer kept their passports and upon my request/enquiry after 2 month i received email from islamabad says:

"thanks for your eamil our recoerds indicates that your submitted doc were received and currently pending for review rest assured we making our best efforts to finish ASAP"

Whats next IDK? 

We were suppose to go for interview togeather, i have IV dont know what to do.cant leave them here i acn just visit and get my Greencard i guess till i get reply from Isloo.

its not my interview as an applicant , its for my 2 kids they received their email on 11th march 2019.this is what i am concern is howcome my application still under review and they have been called for interview.

Correct.  Even if you could go to the interview with them, they can't come to the US without you.  You, as a Pakistani male will not get your visa right away.  You'll have to go through Administrative Processing after the interview, that will probably take longer than the 6 months your children's visas or medicals would be valid.

 

Make sure NVC joins all three cases and deals with them together.

cr1 to IR1 can only be done once you reach POE where you can show the documents to the immigration office only they can change the status at that time if they feel so.

hi everyone,

(Need to understand the CR1& CR2 VISA)  which my wife is the petioner. 2 days back i received my both kids, email from NVC that their interview is schedul in September 2019 ( as their completion of file email was received back in april 2019) whereas my 3 documents are still waiting to be accepted how come they have been called for interview as i am the one who has to show & explain. what shall i do re-schedule their interview with me as they are age 15 & 18.need URGENT recommendations or suggestions.
