My beneficiary went to university in USA. Now she will be attending her K1 interview at the embassy in South Korea. Does she need to obtain a FBI background check for her time spent in the USA just like any other country she may have lived in longer than 6 months?
I've seen some discussions saying "no" but I can't find anything official in writing. Please help!
