my status change to issued on 27 feb. but  no email/txt from dhl.

Noooo. am also waiting. i check from dhl yesterday and the guy said the last time they receive a immigrant (dv) visa from the embassy was on 29 january 2019.  

i dont no how true is this. please  has anybody receive any package since 29th.
