Hey guys I have a question. My wife w2 reflects for the years 2016 and 2017 no taxes were filed. The I 130 as already been sent in in May 2019. Does this non filing will affect the NVC stage? If so how can we rectify this situation to alleviate any hold ups. Thanks for the feedback in advance

Hey VJ I need some advise. If an I 130 petition was done in marriage name as shown on marriage certificate. Does the petitioner (My wife) social security, drivers license and passport must be in the same name?

When I checked the website it's saying home address to be changed but I specifically needed to change only the mailing address.

I would like to get some  clarity in relation of a petitioner as changed job's after the I 130 petition has been filed.  Should they apprise USCIS that they have change job if so how should they go about doing same. I await your feedback as customary.

Actually a G-1145 was not done. Can that be done at this time or i should just wait on the confirmation. They received the package on the 13 of my based on the tracking number 

I have a question to you guys. How long after I 130 received a confirmation notice will be sent out? Also is there anyway that i could contact USCIS to ask if they have received the package?

If I'm living in one country and my wife lives in the USA can i put her on my life insurance as a beneficiary in the country im living in?

And did you already submit the documentation? May or may not have an impact at interview. Up to CO. But if you haven’t submitted it already, 50/50 chance they’ll review it at interview. At any rate all you can do is try, no one can say for sure if CO considers it proof enough. 

Edited for your last response... any evidence you submit is supporting documents. All you can do is submit. Final say is up to CO. I would suggest submitting it with package bc they review your package before the interview. 

Also, fill out your timeline so your questions can go to JA portal for more embassy specific responses.

noted with thanks for your response. However my petition is not submitted as yet its in the process of being sent off soon. hence the question i ask.

I hope everyone is doing absolutely fine. My question to everyone to day is. If i have a life insurance in Jamaica and i put my wife is beneficiary but she lives in USA is that a proof of bonafide marriage even though we live in different countries? Awaiting your feedback humbly.

Good Day guys my wife is filing a I 130 petition on my behalf but apart of the proof of bonafide marriage is to submit conversational proof whether phone call, whatsapp, facetime etc. At this point her phone has been defunct hence she doesn't have those proof. However i have all the conversations that we been having over a prolonged period. Is it admissible for me to send those to her which will be sent to the USCIS? She is getting nervous about the situation. Can i have some feedback please and thanks.

I am inquiring  if i can to travel to USA on my non immigrant visa to see my wife even though i have a pending I 130 petition that is in processing at this time.  If i am able to travel is there any application/document that i must file to indicate I'm just visiting.

Im trying to identify the supporting documents that should be sent along with the I130 petition for my spouse that lives outside the USA.  I have seen the required forms to be filled out but i have some grey areas in relation to what specific supporting documents that should be sent with it and what documents should i send after.
