I'm planning to travel to my home country (Philippines) to visit my father who is very sick.  I have my Philippine passport and my 2 year conditional green card. 

Am I still using my maiden name for the ticket instead of my married name since I'm using my Philippine passport with my maiden name on it?  Just want confirmation. Thank u

Sir, how about the name for my ticket? I will still be using my maiden name since thats the name that appears on my passport?
