Follow the guides for I-751. And there's no employment authorization you need you are a green card holder.Yes I know that, its a long story, but my mom doesn't want me to file with them anymore and threatening me and stuff because he doesn't approve my husband.

I came here on a CR2 visa 2 years ago. I moved out of my parents house, live by my own and got married now im trying to adjust my status.
I was just wondering if I still have to file the I-765 (application for employment authorization)??
I dont know where to find my I-94...
I just know where to start.. can somebody help me??

Hi guys!
So I have a CR2 visa when I came here in US, but I have to adjust my status due to being married to a US citizen because I wont be able to remove my conditions because my parents don't want me to include in theirs anymore.
I was just wondering if I still have to fill out part 3 no. 1-4 since my parents applied my visa before?
