    Two Forms of I-485 were submitted

    in Adjustment of Status from Work, Student, & Tourist Visas

    Hi, 

    When we were submitting our documents, the form I- 485 two copy was submitted. One (I-485) for myself and another(I-485) for my wife with the I-130, the form, the form I-130 and I-485 for my wife and I were received and confirmation letters sent to us both. The form I-485 prepared for my wife was rejected n resend to us, but our case is still active. We went through the letter of rejection then we realized only one form of I-485 should have been sent by us, just for me since my wife does not need it. 

    We wanted to know if that is an issue?
