I have same question about DS-5507. It said on the application if im not gonna be present then i have to fill out DS-5507 but on the last page that i need to sign in front of the consular officer. The probkem is there is no consular officer here at the united state. Who can sign off when I sign it? Notary public saud they can’t sign it because it doesn’t said notary public only consular officer or passport specialist officer? Can i send this form without consular officer signature or I have to leave it blank for that part? Please help!!!
