Can any help me? I really need to know.

If me and my fiance already sent in the form received the first letter.
I being the beneficiary, had to change my kid name to my last name, and I already put her on the paper as her mom's title, will it affect the paper work? And will it delay it?

i'm lost in the interview section, when do i send it?
cause we're at the stage to file in our paperwork.

Use the petitioner's address for their letter and the beneficiary's address for their letter.
Good Luck!
im talking about the address of homeland security or the embassy address.

Hey guy,
Have another problem here, not sure if it's a big deal, I sent a letter to my Fiancé at the US (stating I will marry her within 90 days), but I place my full name (first, middle last name) in the body of the letter and also on top of the letter. I signed my name at the bottom but it only has my first and last name.
So will it affect it and get it denied?

Hi. From everything I have been reading on various forums, you will need a co-sponsor. The consular wants to make sure that your fiance will not be a public charge. You must have sufficient income to support him in the US & if you don't have a job or enough money coming in to your household, you cannot support him. Others may provide you with more info. Good luck.
Ok, but I'm the foreign fiance, I'm the one in search between job.
My fiance has a high income job that can support three people.
So my question is will it affect the paper work if I'm currently unemployed?

Hey guys,
Got a quick question, once you file in the paper work and on the process you got laid off from work, will it affect the Visa process?
Or you currently got laid off before sending the paper work, will it still affect it?

Hi! So basically I have to wait to be granted the visa first before applying or I can apply now while applying for the fiancee visa?
If I get accepted, do you think I'll be able to travel back forth to see my daughter while waiting for the green card?
