Hello everyone, my fiancee just got her COC from Singapore and soon to mail it to the embassy.  My question is that if she gets her CFO now before she gets her visa, how difficult is the process of going back to get the sticker after she gets her visa?  Is there a wait time?  Appointment needed?.  Thanks!!

She found some old documents that had it on there and they said that would work without having the actual card.  Thanks for your help!

Thanks rainey0914 for this post, very helpful!!  But I am having the same problem.  My fiancee and I are in Manila right now and had our interview today.  I don't know how we missed it but the visa was refused needing her coc from Singapore.  The thing is, she does not have her ID card, she said that immigration obtained hers when she left Singapore.  We are having a hard time getting in touch with anyone and you can't create any accounts to apply for the COC without the FIN or NRIC.  Any ideas?
