hello everyone.. I dont know what furom i should put this.

anyway.. I have a friend that married to american citizen and they get married to philippines, She have her interview this march 25, 2009 and haven't done her medical yet. Before that she was diagnose of having Hepatitis B.

I just wanna know if anyone had experience here samething like going to USA but have Hepatitis B? is this cause of denial?

any information is highly appreciated.

I have a serious question about dennial of VISA, I had a friend and she was married to her husband and the guy is from NYC too, but the girl was still with her country but she has Hepatitis C they just found out lately, now they are in the process of their VISA application...

Im so worried about her if HEPATITIS C can cause her VISA dennial....

any answer for this will be appreciated....

third world country gals, when they are looking for food and shelter and have to help support thier family...take note...love is the last thing they are thinking of.

I don't like to get into fights or discussion, but I come from a "THIRD WORD COUNTRY" and not everybody coming from those countries are looking for shelter or food or help to support our families. I'm an educated person and my situation there was WAY BETTER than my situation here. I married my husband not because I wanted to come to this country and take advantage of him but because I love him. BE CAREFUL with what you say, don't generalize.

I Agree with you... im from a 3rd world country and i have a beautiful life there together with my family, i choose to be with my husband because i love him and i know that this things make me happy...

i live here at NY, i just got here july 2007 i feel what you feel its really hard to find friends, untill now i just have few friends which is also busy in their own life, i really miss my life at P.I, im also looking for a friend maybe i can make friends also to anyone here...

There is no ready answer to your question. Sometimes you get the green card quickly without an interview; sometimes you don't; sometimes you don't get either the green card or the interview quickly; sometimes you get the interview quickly but the green card takes a long time. Every case is an individual situation and there is no way to predict how soon you will get your green card.

If you have received notice that your application has been transferred to California that is probably a good indication that you won't have to do an interview. If your case hasn't been transferred you will probably have to do an interview. It still doesn't mean that you will necessarily get your green card quickly.

For an example . . I filed July 2004; I had my first biometrics (for both EAD and AOS) in August, 2004; my file was transferred September 2005 to California; I had my second AOS biometrics in February 2006; I received my green card without an interview the end of May 2006. Some one posted within the last few days that they got their green card within 3 months. There is no rhyme or reason to it. Hehe, maybe a psychic or fortune teller is the best one to answer this for you.

Be patient; it has only been 2 months since you filed. It will come all in good time. Good luck.

Hello to all my family here....Im still on AR right now its been 18 days after my interview....We called embassy 4 times and the DOS but only info we got from them is to wait 4-6 weeks....Im hoping that on 4th week my visa is on my hands....hehehe.....Please pray for me.....and i need some pieces of advice from you...Thank you and GOD BLESS...........

yes that DS157 from the bank that you need to show on the date of your interview and fill out that form and make 2 copy of it...

Seems like a few feb. filers have been approved as per the I-130 thread....

hi all vj's here i just did my medical early yesterday may 16 and they ask me to go back this day may 17 for the result, but i was schedule june 8 of medical and june 15 interview, just did your medical early when you already have your appointment letter.. i was pending on my medical and need to go back on MAY 30,31 and june 1 at 6:30 in the morning at St.lukes for my sputum examination... i meet a girl who also did their medical on the schedule date and they also experience same thing and their schedule of interview affected. . and i heard that St.lukes inform the US embassy about the reschedule of interview.. so guys if you dont want this things happen did it early nothing will loose... and you can go anytime they will entertain you just bring your appointment letter and passport and picture..

holla guys just want to ask if i can do my medical early on the schedule date i was schedule june 8, but i want it to make early... what do i need to bring to St. lukes medical hospital do i need to inform them first or i can walk in...
