I'm a J1 Visa holder that is going to get married to a USC. I am NOT subject to the 2 year home residency requirement as I am British. I think I know the right forms that we need to complete for a full AOS process to eventually get a Green Card but just wanted to double check that these are the only 4 forms we need to complete:
I-131
I-130
I-485
I-765
And if I am correct in saying that we need to complete those 4, is there a specific order in which they need to be submitted?
