Hello Everyone,

I have few questions,

1. After 67 Days of POE,  My child status shows Card Was Picked Up By The United States Postal Service... will it require signature at address?

2. can I see which address the card is heading from tracking info at USPS?

3. My card still shows fee received, no status change, what is wrong with my card? while my child card status is progressing? should I worry?

I5 category is showing " U " for march visa bulletin. It should "C" as shutdown is over. We are also waiting for I5 category interview.  When I call NVC they say visa for my category unavailable.
