I have a general inquiry, I have a daughter which is 12 years old. I’m an Ecuadorian national, the father of the child is a US citizen, he was born in NY. I was only married for 25 days, due to domestic violence I got a divorce. My child has her fathers last name here in Ecuador, reading online it seems my child is able to obtain US citizenship through n600k form. I would like to know how I can pursue citizenship for my child, the only information I have of my ex husband is his name, date of birth, place of birth and his Ecuadorian national identity number.
