My husband and I wanted to go to spain for Christmas. I am a spanish citizen with spanish passport and US green card. My husband is american but we are married.

can we go to spain for Christmas? What issues/requirements do we need? And for coming back to the states??

I just got the approval travel authorization documents but i need the advance parole document to travel outside usa. Do you know how long does it take to get the advance parole card in my mail after the approval? I have tickets for going to spain next week😔

Hey! I wonder if i can do the medical exam and the interview the same day.

the embassy is 8h away from my place and the tickets are super expensive. Does everyone know if is it posible? Or i have to go twice?

I email the embassy (madrid in my case) and they sent me the packet 3 online. There u will find the documents that u need to send

Once you send the documents to the embassy (in my case madrid) how long does it take to be able to schedule your interview and pay the fee?

Just email them and ask them for the electronic version of packet 3, you need to send all the paperwork indicated on packet 3 and then after they will send you an authorization to schedule appointment, pay fees, and do medical. You can't do any of that until they allow you to, and they won't allow you to until you send them those items in packet 3 😁

Email the nvc? And i should send all the packet 3 items to the nvc also?

Mmm maybe not approved, but they sent all they papers to my embassy in madrid april 16th. Idk if the embassy recieved them yet though. Should i wait just for the letter? Do i neeed to pay for my visa already or just waiting until i got the letter?

Once my case is approved by the nvc, how long does it take to recieve the letter at home for applying for the interview?

Same problem! I have been calling for 5 days and my noa2 was approved a minth ago. Automated voice system..

We have been trying to call nvc for 5 days and it is imposible to contact with an agent!! Same with the email! Somebody with the same problem? What should I do??

Hey! A week ago i got my noa2 (I applied for the K1) and i’m kind of lost now. What should i do? How can i get my nvc number? Is there any web where i can see how long is gonna take? Plus do u guys recomend me to prepare any documentation while im waiting? Thanks a lot
