there is  no problem at all if we waited one more year. the issue here is that the minimal age to drop the parents consent condition is 21. so no way we can wait 4 years for that.

Hi all

my fiance is american she is coming to live with me in Cairo. she is 17 years old and one of the requirements to have our marriage approved by the US embassy is her parents consent for the marriage because  the minimal age is 21 unless if the parents approved it which they are in my case.

so im asking is there a specific form for their consent to be fulfilled or does just take any normal written letter?
