Thanks for your input. Yeah, waiting is very difficult. To ease the stress of the process would be the human thing to do. I hope they start moving in that direction. I know others are waiting longer than us. When people know what is going on they can bear up to anything. 

को l8ioHi all,   anyone had luck phoning them? Never been able to talk to a person. We been waiting for them to look at our replacement document for a month now. - otherwise all the rest of our material has been "accepted". Assuming that this means that all they need to do is cheak the replacement document and we're good to go to the embassy for interview -  correct? Maddening this waiting!

Hi, we are waiting for word from NVC here in Kathmandu. They requested a replacement document 6 wks ago which we quickly provided. No acknowledgment whatsoever. They do not answer their phone.         Appreciate any input you folks out there might care to provide.

applying for a visa for my wife. she obtained a police report from the UK 6 year ago and obtained one clearing her. She hasn't returned to the UK since BEFORE the report was issued so would she STILL be required to obtain a new one? They certainly are not cheap. thanks for your input.
