In part 4 of i 130 it states that if the beneficiary has ever entered the US to list either their passport or travel document number.
If the beneficiary has never entered but does have a passport should I just leave it blank because technically he's never actually been to the US or should I include his passport number?

I noticed in the requirements for the I-130 form I need to attach a copy of my certificate of Naturalization. I was wondering could I possibly use my citizenship certificate instead if I don't have the former?

On page 6 of the form there is a section which requires information about the beneficiary's family. It asks to provide information about the beneficiary's spouse and children.
If I'm filing for my spouse and we don't have any children should I list my information under "person 1" or should I leave these blank (N/A)?
