Hi, quick question regarding filling in Question 7 of Part 6 of the I-864 form. If the sponsor is currently employed by a company abroad and will not continue to work with that company upon moving to the US then what should be filled in for Part 6, Question 7  ("...current individual annual income")? Hi, our case at the Nebraska Service Center is one week outside normal processing times. We've filed a case inquiry and called them to speak with a Tier 2 officer. Do you have any tips for how we can accelerate the process at this stage? Thanks!

No you have to apply at the USCIC office in the foreign country. You have to meet their requirements.  You can have multiple I-130 petitions.  You just have to pay for them.

That's an interesting avenue. Can this be done after the stateside I-130 petition has been approved? Do you have personal experience with this process? Thanks.

Hi! Does anyone here have experience applying for an L1 visa (or any other dual intent visa such as a H1B) with an I-130 pending/approved? After receiving an L1 visa did you continue with green card consular processing or go through the Adjustment of Status route? Does the concept of "dual intent" apply to cases where one has shown immigrant intent before applying for a L1 visa? Thanks!
