Hi good day, I am just a bit confused with part 2  21.b (information about your last arrival in the united states) of the FORM I-765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION. I recently renewed my passport here in washington dc usa and I have my new passport number. It states here in the form i765 part 2 21.b PASSPORT NUMBER OF YOUR MOST RECENTLY ISSUED PASSPORT. so what does it mean? Should I put the new passport number that I recently renewed or should I put my old passport number that i used when i arrived here in the states? Which is already expired.

Hi i have a question,  my husband and I got married last july 2018 in Illinois,  i want to report my marriage in philippine embassy washington DC, will they process my ROM? I am worried because we got married in Illinois not in the scope of washington DC.  And i have a follow up question.  Is Record of marriage different from marriage license?  Because i have seen the requirements listed in their website that i have to submit record of marriage and marriage license?  Or can i just submit marriage license?  Please enlighten me. Thank you
