Hello I’m in the same place as you were. Interview is done and I’m now in AP. Could you tell me how long did you finally wait before your visa went from AP to issued ?

My fiancé received February 12th 2019 the approval from USCIS (NOA2) with an expiration date on June 9th 2019. 

 

He also received in March (4th) a letter from NVC saying our petition was on the way to the Ambassy in Paris - FRANCE. 

After that We haven't received any sign from the embassy until end of April. 

When we tried to set the interview we noticed the first day available was on June 19th. 

 

My interview will be on June 19th but my petition is only available until June 9th. Our lawyer never had the situation before so doesn’t really know if it will be an issue or not. Every time we tried to contact the embassy on the phone they told us to email them and when we email they told us to call. 

 

Is anyone had the same issue or know what we should do?

Hello Estelle ! Hope everything went well at the interview and you had the joy to get approved !

Could you help me please I’m at the stage where I’m waiting to hear from the embassy in Paris ! My American fiancé got the mail from NVC (May 28th)saying our petition was on the way to Paris... 

My petition expires in August and I m sure now I won’t be able to have my interview by then !.. could you tell me how did you do to extend and what is the embassy’ Email ?
